As an independent designer, I pour my heart and creativity into every illustration and design you see. But there is an important detail about how print-on-demand works: I design the art, while Zazzle handles the physical product, printing, and shipping.

Because I do not print or pack the items myself, I never see the final piece before it arrives at your doorstep. My control ends at the screen:

• I can refine, fix, or update my artwork.
• I can pull a product from the shop if the print partner fails to deliver.
• Or, if necessary, I can decide to stop working with Zazzle altogether.

What I cannot do is fix a physical issue without knowing about it.

That is why your honest feedback—and especially your photos—are so vital. You are my eyes in the real world, ensuring that what arrives in your mail matches the love put into creating it.
