DoggenHaus is built from images.
Drawings, photos, patterns, cutouts, old memories and real dogs are the base of many things here. Some works become products. Some stay as originals. Some are sold, some are archived, and some begin as visual notes before I know where they belong.
New works
This area is for current artwork and new pieces that may be available for sale.
Some works are drawings, paintings or mixed media pieces. Others are studies, experiments or small visual ideas that may later become prints, cards, products or one-of-a-kind originals.
If a work is available, the page will say so.
Sold works archive
Not every piece is still available.
The archive collects sold works, older images and pieces that belong to the DoggenHaus history. It is not a shop, but a visual memory of what has existed.
Great Danes in art
Great Danes are difficult to draw and easy to love.
Their long lines, heavy paws, deep chests and expressive faces make them a strong subject for sketches, portraits, silhouettes, cutouts, patterns and modern dog illustrations.
Thoughts and notes
Some art pages are not product pages. They are thoughts about dogs, images, memory, handmade work, online shops, illustration, rescue dogs and the role of Great Danes in my work.
These texts may be personal, unfinished or reflective. They belong here when they are connected to art and images.
