Quick Great Dane Paw Print Card
Sometimes you need a card now.
Not a perfect printed card. Not something ordered online. Just a small personal gesture for a greeting, a thank-you note, a memory, a puppy folder or a quiet moment that should not pass without words.
A dog paw print, a photo or a simple folded piece of paper can be enough.

What you need
- a piece of thicker paper or card
- a safe, washable color
- a damp cloth
- a dry cloth
- a pen
- patience
- treats
Only use color that is safe for skin contact and easy to wash off. Do not use paint, ink or materials that could harm the dog.
Simple version
Fold a piece of paper once.
Leave space on the front for the paw print, a small photo or the dog’s name. Write your message inside.
A card does not need to be perfect. A slightly imperfect paw print often feels more personal than a clean graphic.
Paw print version
Prepare everything before you start.
Apply a thin layer of safe color to the paw pad. Press the paw gently onto the card and lift it straight up. Clean the paw immediately afterwards.
If your dog does not like it, stop. A photo is always a better choice than stress.
Photo version
If a paw print is not possible, use a photo.
Print or glue a small dog photo to the front of the card and add a short line underneath.
Ideas:
A small dog greeting from us.
With love and giant paws.
Some paw prints stay.
Thank you, from the dog side of life.
For breeders
A simple paw print or photo card can also be used as a small addition to a puppy folder, a thank-you note or a memory from the first weeks.
Keep it simple. The personal touch matters more than a perfect layout.
